Are you interested in brushing up on your audition and/or performance technique, or maybe you’ve always wanted to try out for a solo but weren’t sure where to begin? In this workshop we will:
-Learn how to prepare for an audition
-Learn how to stand out at an audition
-Practice strategies on managing nerves and anxiety during solo singing
-Participants are encouraged to perform during the workshop and receive feedback. If you would like to sing, please bring up to 32 bars of a piece of any genre with sheet music for your accompanist. This is not mandatory, but highly encouraged!
This class takes place on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 10:00am-12:00pm at the Sierra 2 Center, Room 14.
